This website is operated by Mert Coşkun, an independent designer and tattoo artist registered in Belgium under enterprise number BE 0798.618.618. The registered address above is the official address for all legal correspondence.
All text, photographs, artwork and design on this site are the property of their respective owners. Unless stated otherwise, the work on this site may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission. Tattoo designs and photographs remain the intellectual property of the artist and the individuals depicted.
Some links on this site lead to other websites. Once you follow such a link you are on a site operated by someone else, and the site operator takes over responsibility for it. This legal notice covers this site only. For anything you see or do on an external site, that site's own terms and privacy policy apply, and you should contact its operator.
The content of this site is provided for general information. It is provided in good faith and kept current, but no guarantee is given as to its accuracy or completeness. This site does not use analytics, does not run advertising, and has no contact form. Visiting these pages does not create a profile of you and does not require you to identify yourself in any way.
Like any web server, the host serving these pages records technical connection data such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of visit. This is used only to deliver the site and keep it running securely. It is not used to build a profile, and it is not combined with any other data about you.
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see your IP address when the page loads. Animation and navigation on this site work without cookies.
The site is hosted on Netlify, which processes the connection data described above in order to serve the pages. Fonts are delivered from Google Fonts. Both are processors acting on my instructions, not separate controllers of your data.
Social media links lead to external platforms. If you follow them, your visit is governed by that platform's own privacy policy, not by this page. Nothing is transmitted to those platforms until you choose to click.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access the personal data held about you, to request its correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit). As this site does not collect personal data, there is normally nothing held about you to hand over. If you nonetheless have a question, write to the address given above.
Connection data is retained only for as long as needed to serve the site and meet legal obligations, and is not used for any other purpose. I do not sell or share data, and there is no data to breach, because none is collected in the first place.
